I've used Macworx for quite a few years and they've always been helpful. I hadn't needed any repairs for some time and my last trip there was very different. The guy I saw was dismissive and seemed to be willing me out the door. Out that door I went, never to return. As the old saying goes, it takes a long time to build up a good reputation and not very long to lose it.

This is an amazing store, offering the highest level of Customer Service, even to someone who is not very computer-savvy, like myself. Matt was incredibly friendly and patient. Service like this is hard to find and, soon, I plan to invest in a new computer from Macworx. I know their after-sales Support will be far greater than anything offered by their local, big brand competitors. Try them for yourselves.

Good customer service but unfortunately there's a fine line between a 5 star and a 2 star review - customer services wont bring my memories and years of data back. The guy at the shop told me to leave my phone whilst it backs up and then he will reset it. I have lost all of my photos and videos of my first born baby - not to mention all my other data. Absolutely devastated. Lesson learnt.

I have dealt with Macworx for over ten years. I have bought a number of MacBooks and iMacs, peripheral and a few external dives.....this has all happened without fuss and as planned.In addition to the above Macworx have assisted and solved a number of glitches with my devices, again without fuss and with a positive result.All in all a top shelf Mac agent who understands the product.

They saved my life on an overseas holiday where I had some work to do, when my charger died and i thought i was going to be up for a new computer and lost data. Turned out it was more a ‘user related error’, but these guys didn’t even charge me!

Had the tech with black curly hair tell me my iPhone was unrepairable today, I went across to Joondalup and was fixed in 10 mins and $30, these guys are not experienced with iPhones and give misleading info, I’m glad I didn’t take his advice and purchase a new phone.. I believe he was just being lazy or very inexperienced. Go elsewhere

The young guy at the counter doesn't know anything about troubleshooting, told me i had to take it into an official Apple shop for replacement and when i asked if they could replace it for me he said it would take too long and there's no point another store can do it quicker and wouldn't help me furtherBut i took it home and eventually fixed it after few more days of diagnosis no need for replacementHe was also sick which is weird to let him work behind the counter being customer facing, he kept sniffling and when he handed my device back i had to wipe it at home because he was handling itI'm not even an apple person and im smarter than these clowns
